Following the example of the local farmers, who have been delivering their olives to the local co-operative all week,

we’ve picked the olives from our tree. After last year’s disastrous attempt to cure and marinade our small crop I’ve been given lots of helpful advice, most of it contradictory so we’ll see what happens.
